Summer Serenade in the courtyard of the MRI with Sandra Giepmann

This summer, too, we would like to warmly invite you to a serenade in the courtyard of the Old Karlsburg in Karlsruhe-Durlach. On Thursday, 27 August, from 5:30 pm, we will be delighted to welcome accordionist Sandra Giepmann. She will present arrangements of works for piano and organ by Johann Sebastian Bach and Domenico Scarlatti through to Max Reger and Dmitri Shostakovich. Admission is free; donations are welcome.

Spring Concert

On Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 18:00, the Duo Shin-Rosenberger, first prize winners of our 10th European Chamber Music Competition Karlsruhe “Wolfgang Meyer” 2025, will perform at the premises of the Literary Society in the Literaturhaus Karlsruhe. The duo will play violin sonatas by Leoš Janáček and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Max Reger’s Suite in A minor, Op. 103, as well as Thème et variations by Olivier Messiaen.
